I didn’t become the woman I am today by having life figured out. I became her by walking through loss, heartbreak, spiritual awakening, and the courage to question everything I had been taught about myself and the world around me.

I am Adeniké, also known as Elevated Mental. My journey has been one of unlearning, remembering, rebuilding, and reclaiming the power to create a life that feels true to who I am.

Losing my father changed me in ways words cannot fully explain. Experiencing heartbreak & a divorce challenged my understanding of love, partnership, and the relationship I had with myself. There were moments when life required me to release the future I thought I was going to have and find the courage to make room for something different but those endings were not the end of my story.

My spiritual journey deepened through my initiation into Lucumí Ifá, bringing another dimension to my understanding of spirituality, ancestral connection, responsibility, and the importance of living in alignment. Opening the Akashic Records became part of my exploration into consciousness, self-discovery, and the deeper patterns that influence how we see ourselves and move through life.

One of the most transformative parts of my journey has been decolonizing my mind - questioning inherited beliefs, challenging conditioning, and learning to see beyond the limitations I had accepted as truth. I began changing how I thought, & how I lived. I made different choices, embraced a new relationship with myself, and became more intentional about the reality I was creating. 

That internal shift began to reflect in my external world. From going viral and reaching people through my voice and message to becoming a landowner, I experienced what can happen when a person starts moving differently, recognizes their own agency, and commits to building a life beyond the one they once imagined possible.

I share these experiences because I know what it feels like to outgrow an old identity while still discovering who you are becoming. I know what it means to rebuild after disappointment, question what you have been taught, and choose a different way of living even when the path ahead is uncertain.

This is the foundation of my work as a life coach.

Through the Elevation Life Coaching Program, I support those who are ready to examine their conditioning, reconnect with their inner wisdom, deepen their self-awareness, and become more intentional about the lives they create so they can live a life of fulfillment & abundance.
